Do the CD's have multimedia content of them? that can sometimes cause issues. The error on the Voyage disk sounds more like there is a manufacturing error on that side of the disk.

The CDs don't have multimedia content...not 100% sure if the disc is a CD or CD-R, which might also be a factor. On VOYAGE, it seems odd that such an error would exist on all three discs in the set....
